That's what diminutive pop icon Kylie Minogue screams whilst she's spinning around.
And it's very considerate of her. For being hit in the mouth by a spinning person's elbow can be an extremely painful experience!
If only everyone continually shouted out what they were doing, the world would probably be a safer, albeit much louder, place.

Spinning, it was recently discovered, can be quite beneficial for circulation problems: problems such as no circulation and too much circulation. It's all thanks to the wonder of a mysterious force known only as centrifugal force, a force generated whenever something starts to rotate.
You know when you're riding in a car, and the car goes around a corner too fast, and then it hits a tree, and you go flying out of the windscreen? Centrifugal force, there!

But enough about centrifugal force. It has no bearing on the occasion which will witness the most people spinning: when a spaceship gets sucked into a black hole!

It's got to happen sooner or later.
