If you've ever gone for a run, and have heard a metallic rattling eminating from your groin, fear not. That's coins!
Coins are a type of currency, and when gathered together in a large enough quantity, can be used to buy a Snickers bar from the trolley lady (50p).

Coins can also be used for entertainment purposes. For example, why not throw a load of coins at a duck?

But aside from nutty chocolate and animal cruelty, coins have one other use. It's one of the fastest growing sports in Romania, and believe it or not, is soon set to be recognised by the Olympic committee: it's coin flicking!

Here are the rules, as translated directly from a Romanian instruction sheet I found somewhere:

1) Never flick in enemy eye hole,
2) Flick guard is requirement,
3) Elbows out,
4) Where make it, winner.

The furthest coin flick was achieved by the 2002 Romanian coin flicking champion, Eugen Haralamb, who managed to propell his bani an incredible 2m 56cm!
