He is Quan-Ji Hong, and he stands at a whopping 6 feet tall!

I once tried to meet Quan-Ji Hong to congratulate him. However, having travelled all the way to the airport, I was forcibly prevented from boarding the aeroplane by my lack of a ticket to Bolivia.
